Privacy Notice

Artist Analytics is a private client workspace operated by Randy. This notice explains what information the service receives and how it is used.

Information we receive

We receive the email address used for your invitation, your securely hashed account password, the profile and project information you choose to enter, and limited technical records needed to keep your session secure. Your password itself is never stored.

How information is used

We use your information to verify access, maintain your client profile, prepare Artist Analytics work, communicate about your projects, protect the service, and improve the client experience. Profile information may be used in reports prepared for you.

Who can see it

Your information is not public, is not sold, and is not shown to other clients. It may be accessed by Randy and authorized systems and service providers needed to operate the workspace and process your project. OpenAI hosts the site infrastructure; Artist Analytics manages the client sign-in experience.

Storage and retention

Account and profile information is retained while your client relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward for service, security, and recordkeeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.

Security and appropriate use

We use account authentication, server-side access checks, and private storage controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not enter payment card details, health records, government identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in this workspace.

Your choices

You choose whether to activate your account and which optional profile links to provide. To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, email myartistanalytics@gmail.com.
